Its motorcycle-style design, especially the seat color, makes it look super cool, so much so that our neighbors now want to buy one just like it for commuting to work 😊 – seriously! However, their customer service was very responsive and helped me resolve the issues. Because there was no instruction manual, it took me an hour to assemble it. The sprocket and guard were slightly bent upon arrival, but they were easily straightened. Also, its top speed was only 19.8 mph, so they sent me a video tutorial showing me how to unlock the system to reach a top speed of 28 mph, which only took me about a minute. Overall, we absolutely love this electric bike; its motorcycle-like styling, especially the seat color, is super beautiful – so good-looking that our neighbors are now planning to buy one just like it for their commute! I absolutely love this bike! I've ridden two other 16-inch wide-tire e-bikes before, but this one is so much better. I've ridden it hunting, to places most people wouldn't dare go, and it's performed admirably. My friends and I have even used it to tow a trailer full of corn, and we plan to use it to transport our game in the future. The design is incredibly thoughtful, from the high-quality headlights to the front and rear suspension, and the power delivery is fantastic. I rarely use gears higher than fourth because I don't want to go that fast. It's a truly amazing bike! I would recommend it to everyone, especially at this price point.

I've been commuting to work in the city with this e-bike for a couple of weeks, and it's truly transformed my daily routine. The foldable feature is incredibly convenient — I can easily store it in my car trunk or discreetly tuck it away under my desk without any issues. It's lightweight enough to carry up a flight of stairs, yet it feels sturdy and reliable on the road.The pedal assist feature significantly reduces the frustration of dealing with stop-and-go traffic, and the 14-inch wheels manage potholes and curbs better than I anticipated. The battery life is impressive, lasting me through several days without needing a recharge, and the top speed is just right for keeping pace with urban traffic.If you're fed up with parking fees or being stuck in traffic jams, this bike simplifies city living. It's far more enjoyable than sitting in a car!

The bike is great, and its performance is excellent, but the controller broke down within the first two weeks of purchase. We are currently waiting for the parts to arrive. So far, the company has been very cooperative, but it's still disappointing. I don't know how things will ultimately turn out. Hopefully, the controller installation will be simple and it will be back in working order soon. Stay tuned for updates.

The bike is a blast to ride however it took a lot of work to get to ride it. I chose to assemble it myself and it was relatively simple to follow the instructions included. However the connectors that were already connected between the controller and the display were connected improperly and caused an e10 error to display with no power. After inspecting the connections, I found that the pins inside had bent and damaged the connector a bit. I straightened out the pin and it has been working great ever since. The bike feels great and looks great. I was able to get up to 25 miles per hour and it handles pretty good.
